Sheboygan - Sheboygan- Robert B. Anderson, 83, of Sheboygan, Wisc., passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan.

He was born September 12, 1942, in Iron Mountain, Mich., son of the late Willard and Vilanda (DaRe) Anderson. Robert grew up in Iron Mountain and formed many lifelong friendships. He was a graduate of Iron Mountain High School, class of 1960, and went on to graduate from Northern Michigan University with a Master's Degree.

Bob married Annelle G. Youell on July 24, 1971, in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

Bob taught school in the Sheboygan Public Schools, teaching at Urban Junior High and retiring from North High School. He taught for over 30 years and was a beloved teacher and colleague.

Bob was a passionate reader and avid tandem bicyclist riding with his wife at the helm. Together, they were members of the Sheboygan Elk Club. After retirement, Bob and Annelle traveled widely. They wintered on St. Simon's Island, Georgia. Bob valued his friends and family deeply and always enjoyed meeting and talking with his former students.

Bob is survived by his wife, Annelle Anderson, as well as many dear relatives and friends.

A private graveside service will take place at Cemetery Park, Iron Mountain, Mich.

A memorial is being established in Robert's name, or a contribution can be given to a charity of your choice.
