Bubba was da man. I worked next to him in MS slot dept. Straight shooter, lover of drums, family and live. He amazed me with his dedication to the drums. He'd always tell me how the skins were going. We'd also reminisce how he played in many local bands, along side CL. God bless this wonderful human being.

May Bobby's memories be forever in his family's hearts.

Very heart broken to hear about bubba passing. I'm so glad i was able to talk to him when I was home in November for Thanksgiving. He can now party with my dad again. He was truly a great guy and will always be Santa to me.

It was truly saddening to read of Bobby's passing in The Day this week. I knew both Bob Sr. and young Bobby from my years at FINAST and as young Bobby's fifth grade teacher at Stanton School in Norwich, CT. In recent years, a reconnection of sorts occurred when I had business with Bobby's sister, Deborah at the CPCU. Debbie and I would reminisce about her and Bobby's dad, the years at FINAST (where my dad also worked) and why I remembered young Bobby, now known affectionately as Bubba. As a youngster, Bubba was a friendly, eager to learn youngster. He was a happy young man, and in 1968, gave me a piece of coral I kept on my desk for decades! Earlier this year, I returned the coral piece to him through Debbie advising that it had adorned my desk for the past 50 years and it was now time to pass it on. You see, that piece of coral always reminded me of this bubbly young man who could cheer up the whole class with his demeanor and personality. I remember him fondly and with a smile. I wish his family comfort in their loss.

Patty and Family, So sorry for your loss, Bubba will be missed by so many. My favorite memory of him is when he played drums at Craig and my wedding. The song was Joy to the World. He graciously sat in and played the night for me at the Village Green so I could witness the birth of my first child. That's the kind of guy he was. He will be missed.

I remember many a great time with Bubba. At NFA everyone knew Bubba and he could always make you crack up. We rode together for years to EB and he made the commute enjoyable and fun. Gone to soon Rest In Peace my friend. Condolences to his family.
