James E. "Fletch" Fletcher

FLETCHER, James E. "Fletch" Of Bear, DE passed away peacefully on Thursday September 24, 2009, at home surrounded by his loving family at the age of 52. Jim was born in Camden, NJ, the son of Rosalie A. Fletcher and the late Charles Fletcher and has resided in Delaware for the past 12 years. Jim was an instrument technician for the Delaware City Refinery for 21 years. Jim was a family man. His heart belonged to his family. He was a dedicated husband and father. Jim will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 30 years Karen Fletcher; his children Justin and Nicole Fletcher; mother Rosalie A. Fletcher; siblings Charles L. Fletcher and his wife Colleen of Jacksonville, FL, Kathleen Scott and her husband Donald of Sewell, NJ, Edward Fletcher and his partner Michael DiTizio of Westville, NJ and Mark A. Fletcher of Holly Hill, FL; brothers-in-law Ronald Jones and his wife Julia of Surfside Beach, SC and Wayne Williams of Runnemede, NJ; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and friends Jim has made over the years.
