Annette and Family,
I had the privilege of working side-by-side with Rob in Wichita from 2009-2012. What an amazing man! A true leader is first and foremost a servant leader. And Rob was the best at this. He always led with others interests in mind. He was so selfless! And I know this carried in to all aspects of his life. Within my 16 year professional career, there has been no one I have learned more from or tried to emulate more than Rob.
I'm not saying anything here that others don't already know. Rob was one of the best and will be missed by many! I will always remember and cherish our time together.
Kara and I are praying for all of you during this difficult time. Rob, thank you and Rest In Peace!

I really enjoyed working with you in Wichita all those years. You are such a wonderful and kind man, as well as a loving husband and father. I am grateful that I was able to see you one last time last year. You were an inspiration to us all and will be sorely missed. There are no words that can express how my heart breaks for your family. May God give them the strength for the days to come. They will be in my thoughts and prayers.
May you rest in peace my friend. We all love you.

Sincere thoughts & prayers for Annette, Elizabeth & Paul....
Hope you all find comfort in remembering how full of life he was...
He was definitely an honorable man, but never thought he deserved recognition or praise for "doing the right thing", day in & day out.
He will be missed by so many!
