My deepest condolences to the entire Frensley family. I met Bob in the early '70's and know that he loved his family, his friends, his God and his country. He was a credit to his home town of Nashville and the automobile business. I worked for Bill Powell, Ham Wallace and Jimmy Allen at Capitol Chevrolet and know beyond any doubt that Bob Frensley was the real Super Dealer. He was one of a kind and it took me a long time to finally post this message. God's blessings to all he left behind.

I love you to infinity and beyond....I miss you every minute of every day,Bob. My heart is broken and filled with emptiness since you've been gone.
Thank you all for your condolences and remembrances of Bob. He was always grateful for the support he received from his beloved hometown of Nashville. He often commented about how good the people here had been to him throughout his life. I would remind him how good he had been to people which many of you have confirmed in your remarks. I am proud of my husband and I know God is, too.

I just found out today about Bob. My Dad (Bruce Walden) and Bob were good friends. My Dad thought the world of Bob and vice versa. I remember going to buy several car's at his dealership...FOB (Friends of Bob) which I thought was so cute.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. Cherish your memories of him. May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten.

My husband Bob loved his Lord. Every week he was at church worshiping and praising Him. Bob would weekly light candles and pray for his needs, for the needs of others, and express his graditude for all the blessings of the past week. The Eucharistic ministers who visited Bob daily his final weeks to share the Lord commented how grateful and excited he would be they were there. Some of his last words were praising God through his pain. I was beyond proud of my husband!!! I am sure God was waiting for him and said...."Job well done my good and faithful servant!". I will love him to infinity and beyond and look forward to being with him again when my last day comes! Kaye-Kaye

My sisters and I would like to extend our deepest appreciation for everyone's comments, thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We know daddy is in a much better place but we cannot begin to tell you how much we are going to miss him. Not only was he an awesome friend he was also a great dad and we loved him so very much. Also, for those of you that had planned to attend his funeral, due to the weather it has been postponed. Leave it to daddy to go out with a bang. Again, Thank you, Sharon, Tracey and Jennifer.

BOB FRENSLEY WAS A GOOD MAN; AFTER READING A ARTICLE IN THE SCENE MAGAZINE ABOUT THE "HANEY GURLEY MURDER," AND BOB STEPPED UP AND RIGHTEUOUSLY STOOD UP IN COURT TO A KNOWN BULLY TO LET THE TRUTH COME OUT I KNEW I HAD TO ONLY BUY MY AUTOS FROM HIM AND I DID; MANY TIMES OVER. HE WOULD REGAIL MANY OF HIS CUSTOMERS/FRIENDS WITH HIS WARM SENSE OF HUMOR AND HIS JOY OF BEING AT THE DEALERSHIP AMONGST THE PEOPLE/PLACE HE LOVED.

Dear Ms Kaye, I met Mr. Frensley while working for Mr. John and Dolores Seigenthaler. I brought his car there anytime there was an incident. He used to say, John Lawrence and "The Citizen, George Barrett could tear a car up. Yet he was always there to put them back on the road! I will miss our conversations! I will never forget when he let me touch his holy water from the Vatican, I have never forgotten this special moment! We have lost another Great One! And yes, he loved Master Jack, John Micheal and Kerry's son! Best!

My husband( Mickey Martin ) and Bobby were best friends, Mickey dearly loved Bobby! My whole family got to know Mr.Bobby also. He was always there for all of us after Mickey passed away 10 years ago January 5th of 2005.
Bobby's wife Kaye is absolutely the most beautiful Lady inside an out I've ever known! Mr. Bobby called her Kaye-Kaye. They were a great couple and Kaye loved him with all of her heart.
She will be sad , but really knows God, so He will take care of her. We all loved Mr. Bobby with all our heart, especially Mitzi Martin our youngest because He was really a Dad figure to her after she lost her Dad. He nick-named her " Little Moose" as her Dad was called Moose by Mr. Bobby . Thank you Bobby for all the love you shared with all the Martin family.
I know you and Moose are really having a good time up in Heaven, and you both are going to be in charge! "that was a joke between the two of them!"
We will all see them again when we get to Heaven.
Loved you Mr. Bobby so much.
Joyce Martin
