Bob served as my role model and mentor my first year of teaching in 1957 at Bolton. I valued his advice both in the classroom and as a sports coach. He was a great teacher and friend.

Dorthy am so sorry for your loss. Bob was a special person as you know. My wife Betty and I enjoyed the few times we met at the West Linn H.S. reunions.
I was class of 1944 but left school in '43 for the Merchant Marines.
Please know that we are thinking of you and our prayers are with you and the family.

So very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We have always enjoyed the family get togethers with his sweet wife Dorothy, lovely daughter Cathie & the beautiful Sorensen girls. He always enjoyed having all of these wonderful ladies around him & will be greatly missed. Love to all of Bob's family.

Mr Brending was one the best teachers and principal we had at Wilsonville Grade School, he was also a good friend of my father and our family. He was also a pretty good fisherman too. My thoughts are with his family.

Mr. Brending was such a calm presence in the Wilsonville Grade School. My mother, Alice Aden was his secretary and her favorite principal! I am sorry for your loss.
