Nicholas Whiles Obituary
Nick passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2014.
He was born in London, England on October 22, 1953. His rebel spirit took him to Colorado Springs, Colo. in 1981 where he met and married his wife, Rusty, of 32 years. He joined the U.S. Army in 1982 where he proudly and honorably served for 12 years. He was a 91 C and spent time in Desert Storm. In 1991, Nick became an American citizen which was one of his proudest moments. He was a member of the Huff Post in Cuyahoga Falls. Nick made life long friends while working at the Hudson Post Office from 1995 to 2010 as a clerk.
He enjoyed hunting in Colorado, fishing, Budweiser and the Broncos. He also adored his grandchildren, Orion, 6, London, 3 and Ava, 23 months.
He is survived and dearly missed by wife, Rusty of Brimfield; daughter, Amber (Scott) of Edinburgh; son, Dustin of Brimfield; parents, Barbara and Brian Mewes of Hove, England; half sisters and brother, Jo, Leslie-Ann and Graham Whiles of England; in-laws, Larry (Michele) Pritt of Stow, Al (Terry) Pritt of Savanna, Ga., Kimm (Gary) Riddle of Cuyahoga Falls, and many close relatives and friends from England to America.
A special thanks to Kimm Riddle, Maryann Crawford, friends and family for all of their support.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life ceremony announced later.

Nick was a good man, husband, father, and friend who made us all laugh every time we spent time together over many years. He will be greatly loved and missed! Remember my dear friend Rusty that Nick will always be in your heart as you will always be in his! God will be you to give you strength and peace.

Rusty, please accept my condolences on the passing of Nicky! I will always remember him as a fun-loving, spirited guy who really was the life of a party at family functions!
