Robert Cheatwood Obituary
Wayne was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend whose presence left a lasting impression on those who knew him. His life remained deeply rooted in Alabama, where he formed meaningful bonds with family and community.
He is lovingly remembered by his daughter Katlyn "Kat" Cheatwood; his son Bhrody Cheatwood; his stepson Leonard Caldwell; and his stepdaughter Isabel Caldwell. Wayne's devotion to family extended to his sister Kim Jackson and husband Flip; his brother Jackie Cheatwood and wife Johnna; his stepfather William Dennis Killgore; and his stepbrother Brian Killgore and wife Katherine. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins also mourn his passing and cherish the memories they shared with him.
Wayne was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Caldwell; his mother Alicia Darlene Russell Killgore; and his father Jimmy Leroy Cheatwood.
A memorial message from his sister and brother reflects the deep love felt for him: "We will carry you in our hearts forever, our dear brother."
May Robert Dewayne "Wayne" Cheatwood's memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved him.
