Robert Cizik Obituary
Born in Peckville, he was the son of Rodney and Joan Archer Cizik. A graduate of Mid-Valley High School, he was employed as a forklift operator in warehousing.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed antique cars.
He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church.
Also surviving are a brother, Bruce and fiancée, Ellen Yescavage, and her two daughters, Rebecca and Rachel, Tunkhannock; several wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins; and also a special thank you to his cousin, J.R., and friends, Lenny and Babolou.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Michelle Cizik; maternal grandparents, Eleanor and Joseph Archer; paternal grandparents, Ruth Malanoski and Georg Cizik.
The family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday, 5 to 7 p.m., at the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave. Interment will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Dickson City, at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Kitchen, 500 Penn Ave., Scranton, PA 18503.
