If I could light a pathway of candles from me to you, I would follow it right now. Remembering how I cried at the honor dinner at ARP when you said, “if I don’t see you soon, I’ll see you in heaven”. Losing a parent is like losing a map of life. Harder to navigate. I love you and miss you, mom, Paul & Robin.

Dad,
One year feels like yesterday. And yet every day without you feels so long. As you always told me, the days are long and the years, shorter still.
I love and miss you so much

Your kindness, wit, knowledge and wisdom always amazed me. I wish I could have spent more time with you and aunt Pat. You will be missed but as we know, we will see each other again. Oh, the party we will have.

Bob was truly so kind and caring. We knew him and Pat through St. Peter's Church. We were cantors together for many years. He had a beautiful voice. His love for Pat was undeniable. I'll miss his post of he and Pat on Facebook. Pat and your family were everything to him. He was so proud of all of you. He will be missed for sure. He was an icon in our church family and his kindness and respectful nature was a wonderful example for all.

Bob, dear friend,
From that interview dinner at the Wishing Well in late 1991 when you locked your keys in the car and we gave you and Pat a ride home until the present, you have been a wonderful part of our life. So many memories - your outstanding leadership on the Saratoga Hospital board, your love of music, the dance lessons (you were the far better student), the Italian dinners, especially the one where you spontaneously serenaded the whole restaurant with “O Sole Mio” in Italian, your faith, love of family, Mrs. London’s, and, of course, Notre Dame football. We will sorely miss you but you will forever live on in our hearts.

Dad....this photo captures the essence of you. That confident smile. I’m still waiting for you old car ringtone to FaceTime us.
Words don’t serve me well right now... to Pay tribute to you. All you were and still are.
The years I spent with you and mom ....I got know know you both in a way I couldn’t have otherwise. All the funny bird calls and sings we’d make up. The best time doing aerial shots at the steak house with the naval cadets....the kind couple who bought our dinner because you served.
Your antics to get a laugh left us in stitches... The videos we’d watch of practical jokers... Playing rummi cube with the Disantos ...and you always cheating me on words with friends. Even your well remembered morning cough. Singing together with a one word prompt. I loved making you guys laugh with my evening stupid over the top cane dances.
Thank you for embracing Al and handing him the “torch”. He He thinks you are a great man and incredibly wise.
Until we dance and sing again...I’ll see you in my dreams.
As you’d say, the days are Long, the years are short.
I love you

Bob was my husband's hospice volunteer in 1994 when he was dying from ALS. He would get him books on tape from the library and take my young son for rides in his sport car. He was a lovely, thoughtful man.

My wonderful father and best friend. Till the end you were giving me advice and love.
You are gone but everywhere I am things remind me of you...the beach, bike rides, cider donuts. Your sense of humor and wisdom are irreplaceable in my life.
I will keep you with me safe until we meet again.
