I was blessed to have wonderful conversations with Mr. Welker during my 33 years at Fitness First, in which I gained insight. I would learn he was a man who honored God, his wife, and his children. He was kind and respectful to everyone. Leaving such a legacy, generations into the 22nd century and beyond-
remarkable. My best to Kurt, Paula and the Welker family.

"Dad" was such a wonderful and kind man; he has left a very large footprint on this earth.
Your family was fortunate to have such a great father, grandfather and great-grandfather; he was also lucky to have a loving family that spent time, shared dinners and made his life complete.
I will miss his smile and sense of humor.
Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
