On Thursday, February 7, 2019, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Mary Helen Eiden; father of Katie (Kyle) Daddio and Matthew (Ashley) Eiden. Brother of Richard (Catherine) Eiden. Grandfather of Jack and Josephine. He also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, February 14, 2019, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette's Church, 72 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. I will always miss you "Bob".taking care of you was the greatest joy I ever experienced. You treated me like a daughter. When I called your house and no one picked for two weeks,I knew there was a problem. When I inquired ,in was told you went to be with the lord ! How I wish I saw you in the last days.how I wish I attended the fineral! ,i could have gotten closure. Non the less, may your soul rest in peace. To Katie and Mathew,sorry for the loss.
