Robert Weldon "Bob" Fike, 81, Foley, AL, passed away March 29, 2019. Bob was born in Longdale, OK Feb. 14, 1938, to Vernon and Delphine Fike. Bob graduated Kingfisher High School in 1956 and had a B.A. degree from OCU. Bob began his career with Western Electric in Oklahoma City in 1957 and went on to be the manager over all repair facilities in the U.S. Bob was an outstanding bowler and golfer; while living in Alabama, he won the country club championships and The Alabama Senior Golf Tournament, and, after 40 years of golfing, scored his first hole-in-one. Bob is survived by his wife, Gale; and her son, Dana and wife Carmen, of Foley, AL. He is also survived by his daughter, Bobbi Jo and husband Ted, of Prattville, AL; and his son, Gregory Fike and wife Kimberly, of Birmingham, AL. Bob is also survived by seven grandchildren. Bob was the sixth of nine boys. He was preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers, William, James, Jerome, and David. He is survived by four brothers, Wayne and Duane, of Kingfisher, OK; George, of Bethany, OK; and Reginald, of Yukon, OK. Bob's country club did a golf cart drive-by at his home in Foley, AL.
