ROBERT HAYHURST Obituary
Age 94, on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, of Titusville, FL formerly of Penn Hills. Husband of 21 years to Pam (Greco) Hayhurst and 50 years to the late Margaret Frances (Whalen) Hayhurst; father of Robert F., Sr., Eugene, William and Richard Hayhurst of Pittsburgh and Kathy May of Lantana, FL; stepfather to Jeanette and Amanda Hilty; brother of Donald and Ralph Hayhurst and Margaret Zenk; grandfather to Michele, Sarah, Amy, Brian, Keith, Joseph and Lynette; along with eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Sarah (Stansberry) Hayhurst; grandson, Robert F. Hayhurst, Jr.; and siblings, Dale Hayhurst and Dorothy Lou Snyder. Bob was born in Fairmont, WV and came to Brevard in 2002 from Pittsburgh. He served in the Navy during WWII and then lived most of his life in Pittsburgh. From 1966 to 1999, Bob was a Steel Die Engraver, owned and operated Accurate Marking Products, Inc. in South Side, PA. Bob loved the Steelers and golf. He has made four hole-in-one's in his life. Visitation held on Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the FINDLAY C. WYLIE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 11311 Frankstown Rd., Penn Hills. Blessing Service held Wednesday 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hospice of St. Fancis or Meals on Wheels of Titusville, FL.

My Mom and Dad would want me to extend their condolences and support to the Hayhurst family. Bill and Frances Connolly Yockey were life long friends of Frances Whalen and Bob. Their names were so often heard in our home that, as kids, we thought they were relatives. Please accept our family's expression of sympathy and encouragement on the death of Bob.
