Robert Jenkins Obituary
Mr. Jenkins is predeceased by his parents and his sister, Lucille Thomas. He is survived by his four daughters: Dorothy Powell of Bronx, NY; Denise Howard (Gene) of McDonough, GA; Stacey J. Grundy of Atlanta, GA; and Zaire Britt of Bronx, NY. He is also survived by his siblings: Maurice Jenkins (Deloris) of Sylvester, GA; Delores Houston of Atlanta, GA; Gloria Burch of Queens, NY; and Nabeeha "Cookie" Rasheed (Kamal) of Peoria, AZ. Additionally, he leaves behind six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family members.
The Celebration of Life services for Mr. Jenkins will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Unity Funeral Chapel - New York, located at 2352 8th Ave., New York, NY 10027.
Visitation will take place prior to the service from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Military Honor Guard Presentation will be held at 2:30 PM.
Flowers may be sent to Unity Funeral Chapel - New York in honor of Mr. Jenkins.
May his memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved him.
