Wichita, Kansas - Dr. Robert "Bob" D. Laham, 88, Retired Optometrist, died Monday, February 13, 2023. Trisagion and Funeral Service will be at 7:00 pm, Friday, February 17, 2023, at St. Mary Orthodox Christian Church. Graveside Service will be at 10:30 am, Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Ascension Cemetery Mausoleum. Bob was a member of the Wichita Downtown Lions Club, a volunteer for many years with the Wichita Open Golf Tournament, and on numerous committees and the Parish Council at St. Mary. Preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Delia Laham; first wife, Joy Laham; daughter, Debra Soliz; sister, Shirley Ellis; brother, Jerome M Laham. Survived by his wife, Elham Laham of Wichita; son, Dr. Robert Darrell (Trish) Laham Jr. of Boulder, CO; daughter, Christa Lawrence; sister, Marilyn (Dr. Larry) Kuhlman, both of Wichita; grandchildren, Jeremy Doughty, Sidney, Charlie, and Noah Laham. A memorial has been established with: St. Mary Orthodox Christian Church, 344 S. Martinson, Wichita, KS 67213. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
