Robert (Bob) Langfeldt, 87, died peacefully Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at his home in McKinney, TX with his family by his side. Bob was born February 14 in Brooklyn, NY. He was preceded in Death by his wife and sweetheart of 53 years, Shirley Ann.

Bob was a long time resident of Winter Garden, FL where he managed the Paramedic service of Health Central Hospital for 31 years. He was a member of the church of the messiah. After moving to Texas in 2008 to be closer to family, he joined St. John' Episcopal Church, Pasadena, TX. In 2015 he moved to McKinney, TX where he joined the First United Methodist Church of McKinney. Bob loved fishing, growing beautiful flowers, feeding every bird in the area and barbequing. His pork roast and BBQ chicken were amazing.

His best friend and constant companion for the last nine years was his beautiful schnoodle, Sugar.
Bob is survived by his Daughter Debbie Adams and her husband Todd who he thought had hung the moon; and two beautiful granddaughters he adored, Kristen McKee (husband Jon) of McKinney, TX, and Sarah Bratton (husband Jeremy) of League city, TX. Also survived by big brother, John Langfeldt (Wife Anne) of Palm Springs, FL.

A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday September 12, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church, McKinney, TX where his ashes will be interred in the beautiful columbarium alongside Shirley Ann.
