Robert Limehouse Jr. SUMMERVILLE - Robert "Bobby" Ashley Limehouse, Jr. of Summerville, SC died Tuesday, August 6, 2013. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning, August 10, 2013 at 11 o'clock in Parks Funeral Home Chapel, followed by burial in Summerville Cemetery. A visitation will be held at Parks Funeral Home Friday evening from 6-8 o'clock. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Harleyville First United Methodist Church, 135 E. Main Street, Harleyville, SC 29448; or VFW Post 3433, 10154 Bellwright Road, Summerville, SC 29483. Bobby was born on July 8, 1926, in Summerville, SC, a son of Robert Ashley Limehouse, Sr. and Minnie Love Koester Limehouse. He graduated from Summerville High School as well as Rice Business College. He also attended the Citadel. He was a retired Postmaster of US Postal Office in Summerville, SC, as well as owner of Westside Service Station. He was a US Navy veteran and served in WWII. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Bishop Limehouse of Harleyville, SC; 1 son, Jean William "Bill" Limehouse (Sharon King) of Austin, TX; 1 brother, Gene Limehouse (Mary) of Summerville, SC; 3 sisters, Minnie Love Moody (Chux) of Charleston, SC, Joanne Lowder (Giddy) of Summerville, SC, and Dinah Wright (Edmond) of Ohio; 2 grandsons, Chris Limehouse, and Robert Ashley Limehouse IV (Moana); 1 step daughter, Elizabeth Baucom of Harleyville, SC; 5 granddaughters, Lisa Radlbaum, Julie Baucom, Katie Baucom, Hope Baucom, and Grace Baucom; 4 great grandchildren, Jordan Limehouse, Ashley Limehouse, Sara Limehouse, and Ella Limehouse. Bobby was predeceased by his first wife Carolyn; 1 son, Robert Ashley Limehouse III; 1 grandson, Brian Limehouse; and 1 brother, T.C. Limehouse.
