Bob was my first Staff Supervisor at USS back in the mid-70s. I am now at the University of Miami, and learned of his passing from his brothers who's restaurant I frequent at lunch. My sympathies to his entire family for your loss.

My dear Uncle Bob, my godfather. He was such a big part of my childhood years. I will hold the memories of him dear to my heart forever. I will never eat an olive without thinking of him. To Bobby, Johnny, Chris, Beth and Jean, I love you guys and hope you know I cherish our childhood memories. Aunt Mary, you are such a strong positive person, thank you for showing all of us the bright side of life.

Thank you to all who view this obituary over the weekend. We will miss him very much, although we know he is safe and happy in heaven. It has been awhile since I saw my grandpa, but when we talked on the telephone, he always brought a smile to my face. We talked sports almost every conversation- I think he was surprised at first to have a granddaughter who could keep up with him! He will truly be missed.
