So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Kate and Bob were my introduction to the deerhound world, and it didn't take me long to realize what wonderful people you are. Even after I moved away from the area, we stayed in touch, and it was always with grace and friendship that Bob would answer the phone or the door (when I was fortunate enough to travel to the area).

I bought my house from Bob in 1996. It's the first house up from his. Bob was a wonderful fellow whom I liked very much. It is with much sorrow that I learned of his death. I'll miss the talks we had when Bob came by now and again during the summers.
