Robert E. "Bob" Miller, 93, of Snellville, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at his home. Bob was born on October 17, 1923 in East Lansing, MI to Charles and Emma Miller. He was a high school and Michigan State track star, setting records that still stand. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II, he loved his country and the flag. He was a civil engineer for Amaco. Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his wife Benita Miller and son Stephen Miller. Survivors include his daughters Sandra Kinkead Kinsey of Snellville, JoAnn Kinkead Medlock of Snellville, Robin A. Miller of Suwanee and Kathy Kissman of Michigan, sons Robert E. "Bob" Miller, Jr. of Michigan and John S. Kinkead of Flowery Branch and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Arrangements under the direction of Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville, GA.

Bob, I am saddened to hear this news. You were always a joy to sit with in church and talk sports with. I always enjoyed ribbing you about MSU. I hope you are at peace. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
