I met Robert in 1982. We knew each other for about 6 months. He loved his z28. The guy was a riot to be around. Im sure the world was a better place with him in it. Your a great guy Robert...

My 'partner in crime' in 5th and 6th grade. Fun guy and always center attention. Wish I could have spent more time with him.

Really shocked and sorry to see Robert leave us. True, I haven't talked to him in years. But he will always be a part of my memories of Freeborn grade & high School. Some of the greatest and snappiest comebacks ever from the class of '79, are attributed to Robert. We had some memorable times together. In trouble and out. But what I remember most is that Robert would tell it like it was. You knew where you stood with him. And I respected that about Robert.

Spot on Kathy... I am blessed to be one of those few. At times it was a real struggle but one journey I wouldn't trade for anything.... I will miss him forever and love him always!

Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us everyday, Unseen, Unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed, very dear. May fond memories soften your grief and may you find comfort and peace in the thought of the joy that knowing Robert brought. For time and space can never divide or keep Robert from your side when memory paints in colors true, the happy hours that belonged to you!! My brother Robert was a sweet little boy that got beat up by life a bit, but he loved deeply the few people he allowed into his life. He loved farming and being outdoors. My last conversation with him was wonderful and I am so happy we said love you to each other!! Rest in Peace Brother Robert!!
