Robert Anthony Newby, The husband and best friend of Sandra Newby and wonderful father and grandfather of one child and grandchild, was born on April 27, 1954, in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on Friday March 18, 2011. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System and received his Masters degree at the Baltimore College. Which lead him to be a successful and well respected employee as the Building Facility Coordinator for the City of Plano in Plano, Texas. Before serving 13 years and 11 months with Plano he also contributed his knowledge and had worked for EI Centro College, Desoto ISO, and John Hopkins Hospital. He was very educated. He had a mind of a Genius. Robert Anthony Newby was a great intelligent man that was loved by many. He put everything and everyone above and before him. He was a Great listener and a good problem solver. He had a warm heart and a pure soul where only God and his family dwelled. He always believed in God and put God first. He was a man that was to Blessed too be Stressed. He was a God fearing man. He leaves to cherish his memory: One daughter, Nikkol Anntoinette Newby (known to him as "Little Self" and "Poo"). Granddaughter, Jazmine Nikcol Newby (known to him as "Pre-ci-ous" and "Poo Bear"). Understanding baby sister, Patricia Gale Newby. Loving big brother, William Patrick Newby and his wife Margaret Johnson-Newby. He is going home to be with his late mother, Rochella Newby, Father Charles Lee Newby, and oldest brother Charles Leon Newby Jr and a multitude of other relatives and friends. Acknowledgement The family would like to Thank everyone for their kind expressions of Love and Concern. We are deeply and ever so grateful. To all the family and friends that contributed their time and life with us in time of need. May God Bless You and your family. We could never say Thank You enough so again Thank you. For the many wonderful and beautiful expressions of sympathy Thank You.
