I will greatly miss Bob. I would see him and Barb everyday they were here in Little Egg. We were both water supervisors and talked shop,we would B.S. everyday and help each other. He'd have a cocktail for me all the time which was great until the day he gave me vodka and vinegar by mistake.I gagged and we laughed about it all the time.I'm going to miss my good friend but I'll have the memories. Stay strong Barb. EDWIN

Heartfelt condolences to Barbara and the Noonan family. Our parents were friends back in the day and I was lucky enough to get to know Bob as a co-worker at East Brunswick Township. Bob was always so warm, always made time to ask about my parents and always brought a smile to my face. Rest in peace dear Bob.

Bobby would always tease me because I am Italian that when I was old I would have "white hair in a bun, in a black dress, with black orthopedic shoes". Sorry to disappoint you Bob, but that will never happen. I remember skiing, Bahamas, and other fun times Eddie and I had with you. RIP "brother".
