Dear Sharon,
I remember Jerry with great affection though many years have passed since I've spent time with him. Reading the loving and admiring notices of others does not surprise me, as he was well on the way to becoming the adult described by them when we were boys together. Accept my sincere sympathy and best wishes for you, Barbara, his children and grandchildren.

Sharon,
My deepest sympathy to you and your daughters. I was so saddened to hear of Jerry's death. He was a wonderful person in every sense of the word. Jerry and I had a real connection in that I too have 2 daughters. It was evident the love he had for them.

Dear Mrs. Gross and Children,
I have just recently learned of your loss and although we've never met and it has been decades since I last saw Jerry...I wanted you to know there are many out here who are thinking of you and your Children. I had been in contact with Jerry (via e-mail) and a few other classmates from Baltimore City College. Jerry was going to help us with our 50th reunion (in a few yrs)...I knew Jerry was not well but knew he was strong. Jerry was a kind, happy and non-jerk kid "in the day"...apparently he never changed. He will always be gentle on my mind.

Dear Sharon,
I asked Neil to send me the info so I could personally express my sympathy to you and your family. I've never signed a virtual guest book, but I'm glad that I can feel like I'm there with you. I will miss working with Jerry. He was so warm and funny and of course, there was our Yankees connection. My days at Europa will never be the same.
Love, Hugs, Kisses...
Shalom,
Lori

Dear Sharon, Debbie, Alisa and beautiful Granddaughters:
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. How I hoped things would be different. I've known Jerry for many years in the business and what a wonderful man. His family was his life and I feel like I've known all of you as long as I have known Jerry. He loved you all dearly. It's so hard to believe because he was doing so well. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in these most difficult days ahead. Love, Sherry from Physicians Eye Care Opitical in Baltimore,
