I was just reading over Jeni's entry and had to laugh to myself because I also remember Grandpa using that line often. I'm going to miss him. It won't be the same to go over to Grandma's and not see him there. We weren't really close, but it's still sad to see him go. I'm just glad he isn't suffering and in pain anymore. I will always love him and miss giving him a hug & kiss good-bye everytime I go to visit.

I'm going to miss my grandpa so much. I enjoyed seeing him when I went to visit him & gram. No matter how bad he was hurting or feeling, he'd always have a smile on his face when he saw me sitting beside him whether it was at gram's house or in the hospital. I will remember all the good times I had with my grandpa. The thing I will always remember when I think of my grandpa is his favorite catch phrase which was "You know what I don't get or could never understand?". I will miss seeing and being with him but I know he's in a better place with god and not in anymore pain. I will never forget my grandpa. He'll always be in my heart.

Hi Dad..Just wanted to say thank you for being a great Dad and taking good care of me growing up and loving me even with my faults. I love you very much and will miss you... I am happy you aren't suffering any more and you are in Heaven with God...such a better place to be. See you there some day.

We have been thru alot of rough times these last few years and have given it our all. I miss you so much already but I am also relieved that God has taken you in his care now and that you arent suffering. It is soo hard to watch the ones you love suffer like you did and not be able to do anything to help the pain. I will be there for mom as much as she needs me. Just know that we love you and will see you again some day.Haylee misses her pop pop too. I love you dad
