Passed away suddenly on 28th September 2012
in Warwick Hospital.
Loving husband of Mavis, beloved dad of Shirley, Bonita, Julie and Joe, adoring grandad of Tarquin, Nathan and Alex.
Funeral service will take place at Canley Crematorium, Cannon Hill Chapel on Thursday 11th October at 12 noon.
