Robert "Bob" Julius Seaman, 85, of Clintonville, WI and Fort Myers, FL, peacefully passed away on April 16, 2023, surrounded by family.

Bob was born on November 27, 1937, in West Salem, WI, the spoiled son of Julius and Dorothy Seaman. On September 2, 1961, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Jean Patmythes, at St. Monica Catholic Church, Whitefish Bay, WI. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Jeanie, their four children and eight grandchildren, Julie (James) Motz, of Hales Corners, WI, their two daughters Jenna (Jacob Glahn) and Erica (Nicholas Johnson); Mark (Jill) Seaman, of Merrill, WI, their two sons Michael (Rita O'Connell) and Andrew (Kelci); Lynn (Jeff) Saeger of Huntersville, NC, their two daughters Kimberly and Kaitlyn (Alex) Karl; and Kiki (Jon) Laundrie, of Appleton, WI, their two daughters Maria and Vanessa. He is also survived by sisters, Mary Ritchart and Joan (Terrence) Hoffman, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and wonderful friends. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Edmund and William, and sister Emagene Moran.

Bob was proud to have served in the Army Reserves as Company Clerk for nine years. He worked his way up through the banking industry to become longtime president of Dairyman's State Bank, Clintonville, before retiring in 2000. He was an avid and very good golfer, and loved to travel and visit his many friends and family. But, most of all, he loved life at the lake with Jeanie. Bob was a very involved community member in Wisconsin and Florida doing what he could to help those in need. He volunteered for numerous organizations.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Rose Catholic Church, Clintonville. Visitation at the church 9:00-11:00 a.m. Inurnment St. Rose Cemetery. If desired, please wear blue in honor of Bob's favorite color.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF.org) or the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).

Bob's family wishes to extend a special thank you to the 8th floor doctors and nursing staff at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay, WI, and to the supportive team from Unity Hospice for their compassionate care of Bob.

The last time I saw Bumpa was a year ago today. I still think about him all the time and miss him all the time. I miss saying the rosary at church together with Nana, and hearing you sing. Grief is love persevering, and how lucky am I to love you so much.

So sorry to hear of Robert's passing. I will always remember him coming to the Clintonville Golf Course during my Bar-tending Career, with him telling me just how he wanted his drinks. I miss them days. He was a great person to talk to. RIP .

I have very fond memories of my cousin Bobby at UW-LaCrosse. I was little and he always made is laugh. Later it was great to see the family at reunions or when they visited Aunt Dorothy in Arizona. Rest in peace, Bob.

Robert,
Thank you for what you have done for the Clintonville and surrounding areas, both personally and professionally!

I enjoyed our spirited conversations on Credit Unions VS. Banks, whether we were paying each other off or solving the worlds problems over a drink at the golf course!

You are good soul and will be missed!

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We always enjoyed Bob's wave and lengthy chats every summer in the driveway while he was cleaning up pine needles or relaxing by the lake. He loved telling stories about his family and the love of his life, Jeannie. A great man who will be missed!

Bob gave us our first car loan shortly after coming to Dairyman's State Bank. A great guy. Condolences to his family.

Dear Jeanie - and the entire Seaman family, my sincere condolences to all of you as I have just learned that Bob has passed. He was a fine gentleman and truly a class act. I first met Bob over twenty years ago when I was fortunate enough to became part of the circle of neighbors on Long Lake. I was one of the ‘young bucks’ back then and as such helped with installation of docks and lifts. Every spring I would give Bob a bit of a ‘ribbing’ about his eclectic selection of 'dock hardware' – but he always knew where everything went. I will always remember the light-hearted banter and how both Bob and Jeanie treated my family with kindness. May God’s grace give you peace and comfort during this difficult time. With my deepest sympathies, Scott Miller

To Jeanne and the family- we are very sorry for your loss. We hope the many many wonderful memories you have help you through this very difficult time. Some of our fondest memories are are around docks in! How the #5 leg is attached to the #8 section of dock, and oh that needs a smaller bolt and that is for a larger bolt.......... How we razzed him about that! God blessed us with a friend that was a bright light, with a friendly "hello", a wave to the passing boat or a story to tell.
