Robert passed suddenly on Friday, February 24, 2023, at the age of 64, of Cherry Hill, NJ.
Son of the late Jack Secouler & Virginia (nee Tribulas). Son-in-law of Louise Stango (nee Pensabene) of Collingswood, NJ and the late Benjamin Stango, Jr. Beloved husband of Joyce C. (nee Stango). Loving father of Samantha, Anthony and Benjamin Secouler, all of Cherry Hill, NJ. Dear brother of David Secouler (Ilene) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Neil Secouler (Sandi) of Cinnaminson, NJ, Gregory Secouler (Joann) of Phoenix, AZ and the late James Secouler. Loving nephew of Raymond & Louise Tribulas. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Robert was the longtime owner of Bill’s Liquors in Camden, NJ. He did what he could for the neighborhood and community, he loved and respected his longtime customers. They in turn were his extended family. He was an avid sports fan, especially the NY Yankees, NY Islanders, NY Rangers, Boston Celtics and our beloved Philadelphia Eagles. You could ask him any sports trivia question and he would know it off the top of his head. He loved all history and could be found at home many nights watching the History channel. He was a true family man and loved his children and all his extended family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation, Friday, March 3rd from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Ave., Haddon Township, NJ, followed by a celebration of Robert’s life at 7 PM.
Interment will be private.
The family requests no flowers. Contributions in Roberts’ memory may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
To honor Robert’s love of sports, please wear your favorite sports jersey or shirt to the service.

I grew up on Valley Run Drive in Cherry Hill. Lived about ten houses down from Robert and the Secoulers. He used to run a Candy store with his brothers out of the garage at their house. We use to play stick ball, Baseball and flip baseball cards back in the late 60's and early 70's. May his memory be a blessing.

We did business with Robert and his family for decades, he was one of my brother Keith's best friends, I was taken back when he just told me. Always had a smile or grin every time I met with him. Very sorry for his loss. Prayers for his family.....

I met Robert and Dave on my first trip to the horse track in Maryland. From that first time I knew that the time we spent together with his family would be special and it sure was. Our trips were every year for about the next 12 years and there was never a dull moment. My thoughts and prayers will go out to Joyce and the kid's and rest of Robert's family. Words cannot put this into perspective......May God bless all.

I met Robert over 20 years ago when I became his new Budweiser representative. I saw him weekly and he was truly a big time sports fan who loved his family. I want to extend my deepest condolences to his family and many friends during this very difficult time.
