STEHLE Robert J. Stehle, age 76, beloved husband of Marianne McGrath Stehle, died on Wednesday, October 19, 2005, in his home after a brief battle with cancer. He was raised as a member of Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church of Bridgeport, and later attended Good Shepard Lutheran Church of Monroe and currently the Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church of Citrus Springs, Florida. Bob enjoyed caring for his home, gardening, his pets and Bible study, especially Prophecy classes. He will be fondly remembered for his love of family and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. In addition to Marianne, his devoted wife of 42 years, Mr. Stehle is survived by his daughters, Nancianne Boland and her husband, Richard, of Sandy Hook, and Suzanne Holmes and her husband Christopher of Wiersdale, Fla.; a son, Robert D. Stehle of Crystal River, Fla.; seven grandchildren, Kayla, Richard and Seth Boland, Blake Dodson and Christian Holmes and Cole and Kelsey Stehle; an uncle, George Olsovsky; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his son, Joseph R. Stehle. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday November 12, at 11am at the Good Shepard Lutheran Church, 466 Elm St. Monroe, Ct. Bob Stehle's brother Ron was married to my sister and I knew him as Uncle Bob. I haven't seen him since I was a very little girl living in Conneticut many, many years ago, but I do remember he had a very cute story he would tell me about the dimple in his chin. My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to the family.

Dear Bob, Even though I've never had the privilege of meeting you, I know how wonderful a father, husband and friend you have been to your family and those around you. Your abilities to lead and nurture are exemplified in your lovely daughter Suzi.
