Robert Templin Obituary
He was preceded in death by his parents, James D. Templin, Sr. and Ada Harbin Templin; brother, James D. Templin, Jr.; sisters, Pearl Templin, Maggie Templin, Cordie Cole and Ruby Howington; grandson, John-Alan Templin.
He is survived by his wife, Charity Ruth Drinnon Templin; son, Alan (Candy) Templin; daughter, Becky (Chris) Lowe; grandsons, Travis, Brent and Sean Bible and Isaac Templin; step-grandsons, Christopher and Cameron Lowe.
The family would like to thank Avalon Hospice, Heritage Center and other home health agencies for care given to Robert during his illness.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Fairfield Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends Sunday, May 8 from 5 to 7 p.m. until time of service. Funeral services will be Sunday at 7 p.m. at Fairfield Baptist Church with the Rev. Perry Davis, the Rev. Jeff Harvel and the Rev. Henry Drinnon officiating. Family and friends will meet at Hamblen Memory Gardens on Monday, May 9 at 10:45 a.m. for an 11 a.m. graveside/interment service.
