Mansfield - Robert Neal "Quack" WEBB JR., 68, passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 1, 2018 in his home.

Mr. Webb was born on Thursday June 30, 1949 in Mansfield and was a lifetime resident. Robert was affectionately called "Quack" by his family and friends. Quack was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School the Class of 1969. He was a former employee of Pittsburgh Plating and Glass Company retiring in the year 2000 after 24 years of service. After retirement Quack founded the Coverall Service a janitorial company which he owned for the next 18 years. He enjoyed watching sports especially his Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers, playing cards, and spending time with his family.

Quack leaves to mourn his passing a daughter Christshanda Webb, Mansfield; a son Robert (Darlene) Webb III, San Francisco, California; 13 Grandchildren Robert (Duke), TraVontay, Derrell, Darrin (Fatty) Harris, Tyrell Edminston, Tamaree Page, Asmani, Myiah, SaNiyah, Breslin, and Mateus Webb, Robert Webb IV, and Aaron Rambo; 5 great grandchildren: Amya, Asyiah, Myron Harris, Robert Harris IV, and Aubrianna Crose; his father Robert (Ruth) Webb Sr., Cleveland; 4 sisters Carolyn (Robert) Salone, Mansfield, Brenda (Cornelius) K. Taylor, Annette (William) Kennedy, Cleveland and Angela Webb, Columbus; 2 brothers Stanley (Theresa) Tillman, St Louis, Missouri, Charles "Chuckie" Cole, Cleveland; Godson: Khari Bond; host of nieces and nephews including his specials: Jameliah Brooks, Falisha and Tidei Kennebrew, Crystal Webb, Chioke and Maurice Bradley, Gerald "Big Twug" Nixon, Jr.; former wife with whom he remained friends: Lillian (WeeWee) Webb; special friends: Jackie Bond, Lavonne "Bay-Bay" Dulin, Zera Gray, Edward Smith and Jerry Brookins, Eric Petty, Geron Tate, Teddy Phelps, Michael Ray Williams, Von Roberts.



Quack was preceded in death by his mother Willie Belle Carpenter, a son Myron Parnell Webb, brother Willie 'Jabo" Webb, step father Isiah "Cy" Tillman; special friends Parnell and Walter "Wal C" Jefferson, James "Blood" Russell, and Von Mathews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 12:00 noon in the Oasis of Love Church with Dr. Rev. Walter E. Jordan, II officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral service beginning at 11 am till time of service. Interment will be in Mansfield Cemetery.

The family will also receive friends at the home of his sister Carolyn, 89 S. Ireland Blvd. daily from 5-8p.m. till day of service.
