Robin was my defense partner in hockey last season at the RA. I enjoyed getting to know her while joking around on the bench together. She was warm, dependable and fun. I will truly miss her company. Yves, Emilie and Sebastien, thank you for sharing Robin with us on Saturday nights last hockey season. She will be missed.

Our deepest and most sincerest condolences to you Yves, Sebastien and Emilie. I had the pleasure of knowing Robin not only through NRCan but that our kids were schoolmates and friends. I can distinctly remember Robin scolding me for naming my own daughter Robyn (with a "y") and actually taking it to heart. She was truly a very very lovely person and it is no surprise to see what a loving family you all are together.

I would like to offer deepest sympathies to the Becker family. Although I did not have the pleasure of knowing Robin personally, her brother Roger was a dear friend and hugely positive influence on my life.
The comments on Robin indicate how she too made this world a better place by the lives she touched in such a positive way.

Our sincere sympathy to Robin's family. Robin and I played competitive fastball together when we were young girls. We have some great memories and photo's of her. My mother Evelyn was her ball coach. We often talk of her and her mom(Mickey).
You are in our prayers,
Evelyn Almrude

My sincere sympathy to Robin's family. I was shocked to read this sad news. Robin and I went to SAIT together back in the early 80's. We remained best friends throughout the 80's. Robin was my maid of honour at my wedding in 1990. I lost touch with her when she moved east, but never forgot her. Love you Robin!

My condolences to Yves, Emilie and Sebastien. Robin was a fun at heart, warm and caring person. I had the privilege to know Robin through her time at Mapping and Charting Establishment. She always had a kind word and a fun sprit, she will be missed by many of the people whom she has worked with over the years.

My sympathies for your loss. As a co-worker, I can only imagine what a wonderful wife, mother and sister she was. She was always someone I could turn to for support in the workplace. Her strong, level-headed character helped us all do our job better. She will be missed.
