Robin was a dear friend for many years and we had some great adventures when she lived in Boston and Lincoln, MA. I am so sorry that I am only now learning of her passing, but I am sure she has gone to the next great place in the universe.

I am so sorry to hear of robin's passing. I saw her for over five years, at a challenging time for me. She was so sympathetic and healing. I value her enormously. Rest In Peace, dear lady.

Robin meant a lot to me at a difficult time in my life. I had recently moved to Richmond, had no friends and was transitioning to a very different faith tradition. Hank, you and Robin were a breath of fresh air to Jonathan and me - in the choir and at church gatherings. One time Robin invited me to a literary festival at Hollins College, all the way out near Roanoke. Her company and listening ear were a godsend to me at the time, and I will never forget our trip. Robin had just the right balance of depth and understanding and good humor that makes a good friend. (I was also impressed by her mobile phone back then in the mid-90s!) I wished at the time that she had been able to hang out more often, but looking back, I see what a big deal it must have been for a mother of young kids to take a day off like that. All this was 20-25 years ago, but the immense impression she made on me at that time in my life is unforgettable. If I had such special memories of Robin as a fellow churchgoer, I can only imagine the memories you must have with her and the large hole she's leaving in your life. In the words of the English priest George Herbert, I wish you all blessings plentiful and rife, more plentiful than hope.

I am so sorry to learn of Robin's passing. We were both grads of FHS class of 1968. While we had a different circle of friends, I knew who she was. What I remember most is the constant smile on her face. Please accept my condolences, I know she will be missed.
