Robin Sophia Stewart (Collier)

Robin Sophia Stewart (Collier) was born on February 6, 1984, in Dallas, Texas, to Richard Grant Collier and Rhonda Dolores Stewart. She passed away on April 27, 2024, in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 40. After a night of heavy rains, she decided to enjoy the sun at one of her favorite picnic tables, where she experienced a health emergency and sadly succumbed to apparent heart failure.

Robin proudly served in the U.S. Army during the time of the September 11th attack on the Twin Towers in 2001. She served in Alpha Company, 67th Signal Battalion, 93rd Signal Brigade, MOS 51R. Robin was also very proud of her two sons, Ian and Aiden, who were her pride and joy.

In her free time, Robin enjoyed reading, crocheting, cooking, and spending time outdoors. After her military service, she attended ATI dental assisting school and found fulfillment in working with her patients.

She is survived by her sons, Ian Stewart and Aiden Stewart, her mother Rhonda, her sisters Regan Stewart Schiestel and Roxann Silguero, her brothers Ryan Stewart and Russell Silguero, and her beloved grandmother Clercy Dolores Stewart of Mesquite, Texas. Robin was predeceased by her father Richard Grant Collier, her paternal grandparents James G. Collier and Margaret Swanson Collier, and her grandfather Robert Earl Stewart.

Robin will be laid to rest at DFW National Cemetery, where she will be reunited with her fellow soldiers. Her bright smile and sense of humor will be deeply missed, and her memory will forever live in our hearts.
