Robyn Manger Obituary
Robyn was born on January 25, 1964 in Lake City, Tennessee to Billy Joe and Lonnia (Byrd) Adkins. She was a 1982 graduate of Sidney High School in Sidney, Ohio. On December 17, 1982 she married her best friend and soul mate, David Manger of Botkins, Ohio. Robyn and David spent their 34 years of marriage together traveling and serving in the United States Airforce and raising their four children until retiring in Florida in 2009.
Robyn held many different career positions as she dedicated her time as a military wife. However, her most successful attributes were not found in a profession. Her success was found in the lives she touched and the love she gave as a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
She is preceded in death by her father Billy Joe Adkins.
Robyn is survived by her husband David; children Kristi (Jeremy) Spohn, Joshua (Penny) Manger, Sherri Manger, Jenna Manger; grandchildren Abigail Manger, Pyper Spohn, Aiden Ritch, Evan Manger and was looking forward to the arrival of two new additions. Robyn is also survived by her mother Lonnia Adkins and siblings Pam (Paul) Byszkowski, Bob (Karen) Adkins and Lynn (Gary) Tester; along with many other extended family members who she loved dearly.
It is with the spirit of Love, Family and Friendship that Robyn displayed daily in all the relationships she had, that the family will be holding a Celebration of Life service on Friday June 2, 2017 at 11:00 AM with a reception to follow. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service. Service will be held at Mary Esther United Methodist Church (MEUMC) located at 703 Miracle Strip Pkwy, Mary Esther, FL
Flowers may be sent to MEUMC and donations in honor of Robyn may be made to Children in Crisis, Inc., 1000 Luke's Way, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 Phone 850-864-4242.
