Rocco DiGuglielmo Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 28, 2013.
Rocco James DiGuglielmo, age 6, Our brave little boy lost his fight to DIPG on Sept 28, 2013. Rocco was a unique boy in every way. Whether he was wrestling with his big cousins, creating robots, or going on adventures, he did it with a dramatic flare that was all his own. His animated responses to everyday life situations made us stop and laugh. His passion for life was unstoppable. He loved being creative, going to school with his friends, playing with his sister, Ava, and his best bud, Danny. He enjoyed digging his own hole at the beach and guarding it with a zest that only Rocco could. He loved animals and nature, rescuing the worms from the sidewalk and giving them a home. He was a constructive "builder man" who gave us a new meaning for the word "boat" and could spackle a wall with the best of them. Though Rocco has left this Earth, he is forever in our hearts. He was loved by so many. In honor and celebration of his life we are asking all attendees to wear blue or gold. Predeceased by his maternal Grandpop, James Barnhart, and his paternal Pop-pop, Richard DiGuglielmo. Survived by his devoted parents, Robert and Carol (Barnhart) DiGuglielmo and his loving sister, Ava Rose DiGuglielmo. Also his maternal Grandmom, Linda Barnhart; and his paternal Mom-Mom, Sheila DiGuglielmo. His caring aunts and uncles: Dawn & Rick VanVladricken, Richard DiGuglielmo, Uncle Ed, and Kirk & Barbara DiGuglielmo. His cousins that he loved so much: Ricky, Ryan, Danny, Alex & Emily. Cat-Jinx, his dogs-Buford, Gerti & his favorite "Wo-Wo" Gus. Visitation at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2130 Franklin Ave., Morton, PA. 19070, Friday, Oct. 4th from 9:00 Am to 11:00 AM.
