Birth date Jan 24, 1929, DOD July 5, 2012 Rodney Lloyd Pantages passed away surrounded by his loving family on July 5th, leaving his wife Mimi of 61 years and his sons Cody(Laurie) Cole(Christine) and his 7 adored grandchildren. Rod played 9 years in the CFL, winning two Grey Cups with the Calgary Stampeders in 1948 and with the Montreal Allouettes in 1950. Adding to his achievements, he was a National Handball Champion. He was a husband, father, grandfather,brother and a great friend, but above all his accomplishments, his greatest role was being our hero..as Rod always said "the secret to life is to be happy" No service by request

So sorry to hear of Rods passing. What a wonderful husband, father and gentleman.
Always funny with a joke when I was around the Pantages household and generous and kind with everyone.
He is sorely missed.
