Roger Crawford, Sr. Obituary
He was a former member of Packs Branch Baptist Church in Mount Hope. During the early 1980's, Mr. Crawford served on the Mount Hope Police Department as a Police Officer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jean; and brothers, Joseph, William and Robert.
Mr. Crawford is survived by his wife of 36 years, Grace Ann Hewlett Crawford; his children, Beverly Blackburn and husband, William, Roger Crawford, Jr. and wife, Lindsay, Zachariah Crawford and wife, Tabatha, Joseph Crawford and wife, Samantha, Joshua Crawford and wife, Rachael, and Carolann Crawford; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Lillian, Mary and Joyce; brother, Charles; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 3:00-3:30 pm, Saturday, May 11th at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. A Service of Remembrance will follow at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Home.
