Roger Haché Obituary
Passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on Friday, October 21, 2016 in his 79th year. Dear son of the late Alfred Haché and the late Ida Blanchard. Beloved husband of Nicole Parman for over 30 years. Loving stepfather of Lynn (Dave) Charlebois, Carl (Lorna), Donald and Steve. Adored step- grandfather of Michael (Randy), Paul, Crystal and Madison. Cherished step-great- grandfather of Hannah and Justin. Dear brother of the late Mireille, Dolor, Vital (Thérèse), Yvette, Marie-Paule (Albert), Yvon (Georgette), Georgine (Gérald) and André (Diane), as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the Elisabeth Bruyère for their excellent care provided. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Eastview Branch (294 Cyr Street, Ottawa). In memoriam donations to the Elisabeth Bruyère Palliative Care Unit would be greatly appreciated.

I first met Roger in 1968 at 6rd in Trenton and again in Valcartier in 1974 he was my Sargent and kept in touch off and on since. He will be part of memory untill I meet him again. My condoleances to Nicole and his family .

I met Roger in Ottawa in the 50's and was stationed with him several times.

Roger was what I'd prefer to call an "Elder" in our Teletech trade, along with Tiny, who I see has already contributed to the guest book. A "constant"...one who was always there and one from whom you could expect direct and candid advice as well as providing a fountain of information about the trade and life in general.
Just last month Roger attended our monthly breakfast and while we all knew he had been battling cancer for some time, he never let it get in the way of enjoying time reminiscing about life in the Telecomm/Military.
He will be missed.
