Roger Holder

Deepest sympathy to Dr. Barbara Holder and family. I am just finding out about Mr. Roger's passing. I worked with Dr. Holder at Clemson University where I was also priviledged to get to know both Dr. Holder and her husband. They were a lovely and loving couple and caring to all that came in contact with them. May God continue to bless, heal and restore the hearts of all who knew and loved Mr. Holder. Continue to rest in peace. Continue to rest in peace Mr. Roger.

I first met Roger around 1961 shortly after he and Barbara first started dating. Although Barbara and I became friends in high school she was closer to Alma because they went to the same grammar school and I was closer to Clara because we went to the same school in Brooklyn. I credit Roger for the lasting friendshi5p between Barbara and myself. Barbara, being the dedicated nurse that she was, put all of her energies into her new founded career. Every week Roger would call to say Hello and keep me informed as to what Barbara was doing. When the boys were born, he was as involved with their upbringing as was their mother.
