Rickey A. Singleton, 27, passed away Sunday, Oct. 1, 2006.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at New Beginning Church of God in Christ, 1604 E. Bessie Street, the Rev. James Worthy, pastor. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: 1 to 6 p.m. Friday, with the family present 6 to 7 p.m., at Morris-Bates Mortuary.

Rickey Singleton was born in Fort Worth.

Survivors: Daughter, De'Avionne Singleton; mother and stepfather, Brenda Mitchell Hunter and Cedric Hunter; father, Rickey Guy Mitchell; sister, Nakia Singleton; brothers, Ladario Mitchell and Alonzo Mitchell; grandmother, Joyce Mitchell; companion, Gloria Milton; and a host of other family members and friends.
