Br. Rolla Smith was the first National Leader to impress me when I attended my first National Meeting in St. Louis, Mo. 1960's something. He spoke at the Keil Auditorium. He has been one of my heros over the years of my ministry. We will miss him. V ergel A. Maness

Maurine and I have known Brother Smith since the late 1940's, truly a man of God. He was a pioneer leader with Free Will Baptists. He made a profound mark on his denomination and will be greatly missed. Thank God for what He allowed Rolla to accomplish.
