DZIUBA, Rollie John (MD)
Ret'd General Practitioner, Ottawa for over 30 years
Unexpectedly, on Monday, February 16, 2015 at the age of 84 years. Only son of the late Michael and Rose Dziuba. Father of Michael (Stephanie) of New Jersey, and Jennifer Leatherman (Jay) of New Hampshire. Grandfather of Sarah, Michael Jr., Matthew and Nicholas Dziuba and Max and Jack Leatherman. Also survived by his former wife, Suzanne Jackson of Florida. He will be missed by neighbours and friends, including Margaret James and her family. Rollie's life saw him grow up in South Porcupine, ON with medical studies and internship in Detroit, Michigan and eventually gaining certification from the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons to practice medicine in Ontario, specifically in Ottawa. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.) on Friday, February 20 from 10:30 until time of service, which will be held in the Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Condolences, tributes, or donations may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com.

Since we moved to BC, in 1961, Doctor Dziuba, was always our family Doctor.
He was a very good doctor.
Had a good sense of humour ;caring, and a great smile.
He helped my mum alot. And that I'm greatful for.
Godspeed to him, and may he find peace.
