She leaves to cherish her memories, devoted mother of Daniel J., Jashawn K. and Trevon J. Hunter; loving daughter of Bonnie L. Brown and James E. Wood; stepfather, John W. Brown; stepmother, Teresa Mosely; loving sister, Mechele D. Butcher; grandmother, Virginia Hale; loving and devoted godmother, Sherita Purnell; 5 stepsisters, 2 stepbrothers; 8 godchildren and her beloved dog Max; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins.
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 27, at 12 noon at The House of Wright Mortuary, 208 E. 35th St., Wilm.,DE; Viewing 10 am to 12 noon.

I had the pleasure of meeting Timiko when she was a summer youth worker at West Center City Community Center in 1985 when she worked with my Mom, she had a big heart and invited you in with no second thought. She also graduated high school with my brother from McKean. I would run into her over the years and just saw her last year at my mother's job and she was there to offer a hug and to catch up. Hearing that she passed away really tugs at my heart and I know I will never be the same. She will be missed and I offer my deepest sympathies to the family.
