Ronald Aguilar Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Oct. 9 to Nov. 9, 2008.
Ron Aguilar
Dec.4, 1942 – Oct. 7, 2008
Ask our friend Ron "How you doing?" and he quickly replied, "Hunky Dory." Even throughout his battle with cancer.
More than how he felt, it's how he lived. Everything was hunky dory. Ron will be remembered as the guy who never complained, no matter what life threw him.
Born Dec. 4, 1942, the Watts neighborhood where he was born and raised was a long way from his home on a hill near Denver overlooking the mountains. With two graphic design degrees, Ron brought Hunky Dory's T-shirt business to the Mile High City in the early 70's. You may not know Ron personally, but chances are you own a T-shirt he designed for reunions, big business, sports camps and every request in between.
Ron is survived by his wife Marianne Delucio and their daughter Layne.
Service Friday, October 10, 2008, 2:00pm, Fairmount Mortuary Chapel. Visitation one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Diana Price-Fish Cancer Foundation. This nonprofit organization enriches the lives of cancer patients and their families throughout Colorado. The foundation supported Ron and Marianne these past few years. Donations can be mailed to PO Box 22919, Denver, CO 80222 or by phone at 800-347-4904.
