Ronald Godshall Alderfer, age 74, passed away in Bentonville, Ark. on Saturday, December 2, 2017. He was born in Harleysville, Pa. on July 14, 1943 to a Allen and Eva (Godshall) Alderfer. He is survived by his wife Constance, son, Philip Alderfer and family of Anchorage, Alaska and daughter, Kristin Webb and family of Centerton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Christopher Dock Academy http://www.dock.org/, the Missouri Botanical Garden http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/, or the Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies https://www.akcoastalstudies.org/.

Ron's Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am on March 3, 2018 at Christopher Dock Theatre, 1000 Forty Foot Road, Lansdale, Penn.

We will remember Ron for his kindness, generosity of spirit, and sense of humor. Connie, our prayers and condolences are with you and your family. We are thinking of you especially this holiday season; Ron was so welcoming to us even that first Thanksgiving when we were new to town.
