Ronald Bender Obituary
Beaver - Ronald D. Bender, Sr., 85, of Beaver, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Heritage Valley, Beaver.
Born March 15, 1935 in New Brighton, he was a son of the late James and Hazel Bender. Ronald was a proud veteran of the U. S. Army Reserves. A resident of Beaver most of his life, he retired after a 35-year career with Koppel Steel. Ronald's pride and joy was his award-winning 1932 Five Window Ford.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Nancy Elizabeth Trushel Bender, Beaver; a son, Ronald D. (Karri) Bender, Jr., Oak Island, NC; daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth Bender, Brighton Twp.; sisters, Marsha Bender, Brighton Twp., and Linda (Rick) McCarrier, Baden; grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Alex) Knott, Robert Bender, and Peyton Embaugh; along with great-grandchildren, Clayton, Clara, and Waylon Knott, and Radley Bender.
In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his brother, James F. Bender.
All services were private. Professional arrangements have been entrusted to the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
