To Linda & Skip,
I was so shocked to hear of your Dad's illness and death. I was just informed this weekend of his passing and had just found out from a cousin at the beginning of October that he had some form of cancer. Ron was a very generous person and he will be greatly missed. We were truly blessed to have known him. I hope you find comfort in the memories you have of your Dad, he was very special and made all our lives better for knowing him. I am so very sorry for your loss and our loss.

On behalf of the thousands of actuaries who have read and applied the Bornhuetter-Ferguson method I thank Ron for his countless hours and dedication to his profession. I was priveleged to know him and share his passion for his work and golf.

Ron,
You were a dear friend and an outstanding Reinsurance comrade.
I will miss you and very much regret
being unaware of the gravity of your situation.
God Bless you.

I never knew Ron Ferguson but as an actuary I know that the world is a better place for his having been in it.

My heartful sympathy to his family.
