Ronald Daminski Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 3, 2024.
Ronald Edward Daminski, known as "Ronnie", peacefully passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 73 in Boca Raton, Florida. He was born on September 7, 1950, in Buffalo, NY. Ronnie was a cherished father, fiancée, brother, grandfather, and friend.

Ronnie is survived by his children: Tara (Brian), Jeffrey, and Lindsay (Adam), and his grandchildren: Ava and Lily, whom he loved dearly. He also leaves behind his fiancée, Donna, who brought joy and happiness into his life. Ronnie cherished his siblings, Janice (John), Robert (Carla), and Richard (Elaine), and had a special bond with each of them.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his mother, Marian, his father, Eugene, and his sister, Mary Ann (Robert). Their memories will forever be held close by those who loved them.

In his early years, Ronnie attended Saint Martins Primary School and later graduated from South Park High School. He continued his education at Erie Community College, where he studied to be an electrician. Ronnie was also proud of his veteran status, having served in the United States Air Force.

Ronnie enjoyed a variety of hobbies. He was an accomplished pool player, and loved playing competitively. Ronnie was truly an outdoorsman and had a passion for fishing, hunting, being out on the water in his boat, golfing, and spending time at Chestnut Ridge. He had a deep appreciation for car and boat shows, admiring the craftsmanship and beauty of them all. Ronnie embraced spending time with his family, enjoying trips to Allegany, Sherkston, Ellicottville, and Sunday Bills games followed by family dinners. Later in life, he enjoyed spending wintertime in Florida with his Fiancée, enjoying the sun and being outdoors.

To honor Ronnie's memory, a memorial service will be held in the spring, with the date to be determined. Family and friends will come together to celebrate Ronnie's life and share stories of the joy, laughter, and mischief he brought into their lives.

Ronnie will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His love, sense of humor, and zest for life will forever be remembered. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
